Sheet metal suction lifter
This is the most commonly used system for lifting metal sheets with an RHS suction lifter.
Suction cup frames lift sheets directly from pallets and rotate them vertically or to the desired position, with an integrated joystick in the handle that lets the operator control rotation and tilt throughout the cycle.
Tooling can be modular or adjustable, so one suction lifter can handle different sheet formats and production batches without compromising performance. For perforated sheets or laser-cut geometries where vacuum contact is interrupted, magnetic gripping is the alternative - effective only with mild steel.
