SUNCTION CUP

For handling coils, RHS offers a suction cup application that uses the suction principle to safely pick up coils from the circular section.

In the case of panels, suction cups are used when the material is suitable for vacuum use. Vacuum circuits are designed to ensure sealing even if a suction cup detaches. Handling can be done horizontally and vertically, with pneumatic assistance for rotation.

For glass, suction cups are designed to ensure sealing in both horizontal and vertical positions. A dual vacuum circuit system ensures grip even if a suction cup detaches.

 For metal sheets, the main gripping method is the use of venturi suction cups. This allows lifting metal sheet from specific pallets and rotating it vertically or to the desired position using a joystick on the handle. The operator manages sheet rotations and any necessary tilting based on the required work cycle.

For keg handling, RHS offers a suction cup application that picks up kegs from the top using their circular surface. This tool can be configured with one or more suction cups to pick up multiple kegs simultaneously, with the option to exclude specific kegs. Additionally, the tool is designed to adapt to the incline of the roller conveyor, ensuring a secure and versatile grip.

Both with an electric pump and venturi, suction cups are widely used for bag handling, ensuring a secure grip and facilitating regular maintenance.
